
Our 121 therapy sessions will be uniquely tailored to support you in whatever challenges you are facing. The pace and content is calibrated depending on what your needs are week to week. The goal will be to increase your awareness of what is causing you to feel the way you do, and how best to change the way things are.
You will learn about yourself in more depth as we explore how you experience feelings or situations and sensations within your body. Often we developed behaviour patterns and ways of being in the world from childhood which can still affect us today. For example, someone who was bullied may position their body in a way that makes them appear smaller to hide, or experience shallow breathing when dealing with people who abuse power. Gaining awareness of what holds us back from being fully ourselves increases opportunities to lead healthier and more nourishing lives.
