6 weeks targeted healing programme

“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are”  Brené Brown

I provide a range of personal development group experiences including Women only, Young Adult, Men only and Mixed gender groups, all offering the unique opportunity to spend time on the most important person in your life – You.

These groups offer a safe and supportive space to explore personal and relational issues and gain greater self-awareness to live life more fully. Through our supported sessions you will discover patterns in how you relate to others and deal with challenges you face, enabling you to discover untapped potential of who you ‘wholly’ are.

As you develop new insight, you will experience a deeper connection to yourself and others, recognising you have choices and can decide whether to change behaviours or approaches to how you are in the world.

During our sessions you will feel the interconnectedness of mind, body and emotions, and a more holistic contact with the wider environment. The individual and relationship connections offer chances for meaningful personal growth as we build a stronger sense of community and belonging. As self-awareness and acceptance increase, you will realise you have everything you need to live your best life.

A typical session may include focussing on a chosen theme, for example relationships, aspirations, roles, confidence, emotions, stuck-ness. Our shared activities will range from working individually to pair work, smalls groups and experiencing yourself in relation to the wider group. Through a range of fun experiments and games, quiet reflective and listening time, you will uncover your hidden self in unique ways with new awareness of who and how you are.

Importantly, in our confidential setting, everything will be co-created and at a pace that works for you. Whilst some of our discussions and interactions may be deep and meaningful, there will also be a wealth of opportunities for excitement, creativity and laughter.

In addition you will discover -

  • Empowerment through increased opportunities for expression being seen, heard, and not judged and fostering genuine connections.

  • A recognition of uniqueness whilst feeling a sense of belonging

  • The opportunity to work with what are sometimes experienced as ‘difficult’ emotions; anger, fear, vulnerability, grief etc.

  • Increased capacity to be imaginative through fun and creative activities.

  • A greater awareness of relating to yourself and others, including opportunities to explore identity processes.

  • Patterns developed for dealing with life and deciding whether these strategies have outlived their usefulness.

  • Effective ways of giving and receiving clear feedback about yourself and others through understanding of own process.

  • Increasing awareness of boundaries, when and how to set them.

  • Supportive ways to deal with endings.

Each person will have the game-changing, valuable opportunity to explore issues and how they are affected, with the support and participation of others also interested in understanding themselves and their lives.

As you learn more about yourself you will experience a deeper self-acceptance and appreciation of all you are. A springboard for making healthier, happier choices in how you want to live your personal and professional life.
